Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Florence, KY is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Florence Mall to work with the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, support daily photo operations, drive sales, and ensure a memorable Santa visit and guest experience. You’ll help with hiring, scheduling, training, inventory, and setup for opening/closing.

Strong leadership, communication, and cash-handling skills are essential, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lead a team.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work 20+ hours per week during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values.
• Assist opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, procedures.
• Capture photos, help guests select keepsakes and ensure memorable experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns and reinforce senior management procedures.
• Lead by example and assist with inventory and staffing needs.
