Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to support our busy holiday season from October through January. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, keep the floor stocked, and help guests find and compare products.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, promoting store events and promotions, and processing transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining a welcoming, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• On-the-job training will teach procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and make recommendations.

• Resolve concerns by offering alternatives and exchanges.
