Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing information, demoing products, and making recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards for a full, abundant store.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, engaging store environment.
• Maintain Bath & Body Works policies and procedures.
