Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of our brand during the holiday season. You will help customers find the best products, share product knowledge, and deliver outstanding service to drive sales and a positive store atmosphere.

As part of the team, you’ll participate in flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment with strong emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to sell and recommend products to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
