Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our holiday team. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and help them find great products while delivering the friendly, energetic service our customers expect.

In this part-time role, you’ll help with in-store experiences, stock replenishment, and promotions, and you’ll earn Daily or Weekly pay with a 40% employee discount, plus access to free product samples and supportive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require physical activity including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to standards.
