Bath & Body Works is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team this holiday season. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the best products while delivering consistent, high-energy service that drives store sales and enhances the shopping experience.

Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred. You should be comfortable with standing for long periods, lifting light weights, and working varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Physical activity: standing, walking, lifting; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
