Bath & Body Works is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of the store during the holiday period. You’ll understand customer needs, offer product recommendations, and help deliver a high-energy, guest-focused shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with replenishment, participating in floorset changes, and promoting our rewards program. Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work peak hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
