Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join during the holiday period. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right products and delivering exceptional service to drive store performance.

You will participate in product replenishment, store presentation, and marketing efforts while maintaining brand standards. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily store duties.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging customer experiences according to standards.
