Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to be at the heart of the holiday rush. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure smooth checkout experiences at the register.

The role runs from October through January and is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment. Qualified candidates are at least 16 years old, flexible, tech-friendly, and able to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly; acknowledge customers and provide assistance.
• Understand and meet customer needs through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternative solutions, aiming for exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about stock, service requirements and feedback.
• Support team and store objectives to create a positive work environment.
