Five Below, Inc. is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of the action during the holiday season. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the floor is well-stocked.

The role emphasizes friendly, energetic engagement, accurate checkout experiences, and the ability to adapt to busy shifts from October through January. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years and older.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld devices).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing help and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, directing to merchandise, and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, offering alternatives and turning returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking, service requirements and feedback.
