Job summary

Five Below in Cleveland, OH is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate for the holiday season (October through January). You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales while keeping merchandise stocked and organized.

You’ll handle checkout and resolve issues with courtesy to provide a WOW experience. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, flexible, tech-friendly, and able to work day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives when possible.
