Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Fashion Island, Newport Beach, CA.

You will assist the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, drive sales and guest service excellence, and manage daily photo operations for a magical Santa experience. You will help with hiring, scheduling, training, inventory and opening/closing procedures while ensuring high guest satisfaction and a positive, fast-paced work environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values.
• Assist with opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, training and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
