Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the busy holiday season (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure shelves and the register area are well stocked and ready for customers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, promoting store events, resolving concerns, and communicating restocking needs to management. Must be 16+ and able to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
