Job summary

Five Below is hiring part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season, October through January. You will greet customers, provide friendly service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and ready for checkout.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, able to work a flexible schedule, comfortable with technology, and eager to learn. You will support promotions, handle returns and exchanges when possible, and collaborate with the team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices)
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing to merchandise
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible
