Job summary

GameStop Dayton is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday days with a focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service.

You will greet guests, help with video game needs, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is presented neatly and aisles are orderly.

As a team member, you will contribute to achieving sales goals, protect store security, follow policies, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work during peak holiday days and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, recommending additional items.
• Provide best-in-class customer service during every transaction and express gratitude to guests.
• Support store maintenance, stock shelves, and ensure products are well presented and organized.
• Assist in restocking merchandise from stock room to selling floor; keep aisles clean and merchandised per guidelines.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals while following store policies.
