Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during the busy season. You’ll assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and help keep the store organized for peak shopping periods.

This role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teammates, and contributing to a welcoming shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation for easy shopping.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store where business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
