Job summary

M&M’S Las Vegas is seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 26-27 Holiday Season. This role is seasonal through early January 2027 with a potential extension into a permanent position with benefits.

As a Seasonal Retail Associate you’ll be trained across the sales floor, greet guests, operate as cashier or merchandiser, and help deliver an unforgettable customer experience. A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old to apply
• No Education or previous retail experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether greeting, cashiering, selling, or merchandising.
• This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience.
