Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during peak shopping periods. You will assist customers, operate the POS system, stock merchandise, and help maintain an inviting, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Receive, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to help products be easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
