Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Marketfair (Princeton, NJ) to lead a seasonal team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will support photo operations, drive sales, and maintain high service standards throughout busy holiday periods.

Responsibilities include team leadership, training, inventory support, and scheduling. Prior retail leadership and a flexible, guest-focused mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales role.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum 20 hours per week; ability to lift 10–25 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values.
• Assist with opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, and procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior-management policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
