Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to help lead a seasonal team and ensure exceptional guest experiences during holiday operations. You will support daily photo operations, oversee staffing and training, and assist with inventory and opening/closing procedures.

Photographs and sales are central to the role, with a focus on service excellence. The position emphasizes leadership, team coordination, and hands-on guest interaction, with a flexible schedule including evenings

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Support opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, setup, scheduling, and training.
• Capture guests' memories and help choose souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures from senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, and recruiting.
