Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to lead a seasonal photo team and deliver exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season.

You will support daily photo operations, motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure high-quality service for families visiting Santa experiences. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules and training in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Assist with opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce management policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, and training.
