Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Pacific City. You will assist the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure a magical photo guest experience during peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities include hiring support, scheduling, training, and ensuring excellent guest service. Nice to have previous retail leadership; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
