Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Willowbrook (NJ). You will support the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during the holiday season.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling ability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and development opportunities are available within our souvenir division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction role.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Available for required pre-season training and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations including staffing, inventory, equipment setup and scheduling.
• Lead daily photo operations and guest service to ensure memorable experiences.
• Capture photos and help guests select keepsakes for purchase.
• Assist Local Manager with training, recruiting and administrative tasks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
