Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager in Willow Grove Park to lead a team delivering magical holiday photo experiences. You will support daily photo operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest service from start to finish.

Responsibilities include opening-day prep, training, scheduling, and assisting the Local Manager with inventory and admin tasks. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Assist opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, setup, scheduling, training, opening/closing.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures from senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
