Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Melbourne Square in Melbourne, FL. You will work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences during the holiday season.

You'll oversee daily photo operations, assist with training and scheduling, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures. This role requires strong communication, leadership and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable handling cash and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Assist opening-day prep: hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a memorable experience.
• Lead by example and follow senior management policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, recruiting and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
