Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the team in a fast-paced fulfillment setting. You will pick, pack, and move merchandise for online orders, while maintaining safety and organization on the floor.

The role emphasizes flexibility, a casual dress code, and a comprehensive benefits package, including daily pay options and employee discounts. Training and cross-training across departments help you grow skills and advance.

Competenze

Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
Walk or stand for your entire work shift.
Lift 30 lbs on average, 40 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs occasionally.
Push/pull a cart and/or pallet up to five hundred pounds.
Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.

PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM: An additional $1.00/hr from 11/23/2026 thorugh 12/20/20262nd shift premium 5PM - 12AM: An additional $1.00/hr from 11/9/2026 through 12/20/20263rd shift premium 12AM - 5AM: An additional $2.00/hr from 11/9/2026 through 12/20/2026SATURDAY & SUNDAY PREMIUM: An additional $3.00/hr from 9/14/2026 through 12/20/2026

As a Warehouse Associate at Duluth Trading Company, you may perform a variety of tasks:

Accurately pick and pack merchandise for online customer orders
Accurately move product throughout the facility
Replenish primary warehouse bin locations as needed to meet customer service levels
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive work environment

In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week required full-time equivalent hours may be available during peak times
Walk or stand for your entire work shift
Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally
Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements
Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds
Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature
Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.
