Duluth Trading Company in Belleville, WI is hiring a Holiday Pick/Pack Associate for shifts with premium pay during peak season. Compensation starts at $18.00/hour, plus holiday and shift premiums through 12/20/2026.

As a Warehouse Associate at Duluth Trading Company, you may perform a variety of tasks:

• Accurately pick and pack merchandise for online customer orders
• Accurately move product throughout the facility
• Replenish primary warehouse bin locations as needed to meet customer service levels
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive work environment

In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week required full-time equivalent hours may be available during peak times
• Walk or stand for your entire work shift
• Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements
• Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds
• Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature
• Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
• Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.
