Duluth Trading Company in Belleville, WI is hiring a Holiday Pick/Pack Associate to join our Dam Good Crew. This role loads, picks, and packs orders for online shoppers and supports warehouse operations during peak season.

Compensation starts at $18.00/hour with peak holiday premiums up to +$3.00 and shift premiums. Daily pay, strong employee discount, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive onboarding await you.

Qualifications

Ability to stand or walk for entire shift.
Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs frequently.

PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM: An additional $1.00/hr from 11/23/2026 thorugh 12/20/2026
2nd shift premium 5PM - 12AM: An additional $1.00/hr from 11/9/2026 through 12/20/2026
3rd shift premium 12AM - 5AM: An additional $2.00/hr from 11/9/2026 through 12/20/2026
SATURDAY & SUNDAY PREMIUM: An additional $3.00/hr from 9/14/2026 through 12/20/2026

As a Warehouse Associate at Duluth Trading Company, you may perform a variety of tasks:

Accurately pick and pack merchandise for online customer orders
Accurately move product throughout the facility
Replenish primary warehouse bin locations as needed to meet customer service levels
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive work environment

In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week required full-time equivalent hours may be available during peak times
Walk or stand for your entire work shift
Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally
Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements
Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds
Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature
Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.
