Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Visalia Mall to welcome families and capture magical Santa moments. You will engage with children, provide memorable souvenirs, and ensure a smooth photo experience from start to finish.

As part of a fast-paced, festive team, you’ll learn sales performance, guest service, and problem solving while enjoying flexible scheduling and same-day pay options during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Willingness to work flexible peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in retail, service industry, or cashier roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team to deliver joyful guest experiences.
