Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate for Layton Hills Mall to welcome families, engage with children, and help capture magical Santa moments they’ll remember for years. You’ll bring warmth, energy, and guest service to every visit while supporting a smooth photo experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include taking photos, providing memorable souvenirs, operating the POS and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Previous retail, service, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
