Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Sunvalley Shopping Center. You will welcome families, engage with children, and capture holiday moments on our Santa photo sets, delivering warm guest experiences from start to finish.

Flexibility for peak retail hours and potential for growth within the holiday program are offered, with benefits that include same-day pay options and opportunities beyond the season in our souvenir photography division where available.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned
