Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Woodfield Mall to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical Santa moments. You’ll contribute to a joyful photo experience from start to finish while delivering warm, high-quality guest service.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Willing to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexible to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Assist as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
