Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at University Mall (VT) to help lead the team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season.

You’ll work alongside the Local Manager, handle daily photo operations, scheduling, training, and guest service, with flexible hours and same-day pay options.

Must be 18+, able to lift up to 25 pounds, and comfortable with cash handling; part-time, seasonal role with potential for future seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable handling cash and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling (including evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Assist Local Manager with opening-day preparations, hiring, inventory, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce established procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT or Local Management as needed.
