You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable Santa visit and outstanding guest service from start to finish.

You will build a positive team culture, manage staffing, and collaborate with venue partners to ensure smooth operations during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Ability to recruit, train, and onboard staff and manage schedules.
