Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Local Manager to lead the team delivering memorable Santa visits and high-quality photo experiences across our partner venues. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest service from arrival to departure.

You'll build schedules, recruit and train staff, manage deposits, and collaborate with venue partners to optimize guest satisfaction during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
• Available for pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approx. 40 hours per week with extra when needed.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales, cash handling compliance, and team performance.
• Verify and submit daily deposits and financial paperwork.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build strong relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Partner with host venues to support efficient operations.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
