Job summary

TUMI is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to create a client experience that reflects the brand ethos and build strong client relationships through outstanding service.

The ideal candidate brings passion for luxury markets, strong sales skills, teamwork, and excellent communication, with flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

You will contribute to visual standards, uphold store policies, and participate in coaching and feedback to help the team grow.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI's.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
• Take responsibility for performance.
• Embody the company culture of coaching through fostering Tumi elite and skill practicing continuously with store team and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Demonstrate organizational core values.
