Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or luxury markets preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPI targets.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to stand, move around the store and handle items up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support visual merchandising and store standards.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and feedback.
