Holiday Infinity Lights by ProLift Garage Doors of Lansdale is seeking dependable individuals for seasonal Holiday Lights Installer roles. Outdoor work, heights, and a positive attitude are essential.

Paid training provided; compensation starts at $19/hour and rises to $24/hour after training with performance bonuses. The contract runs end of October through January, 35–45 hours weekly, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime during peak weeks.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and rooftops.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold weather.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions.

We are excited to launch our new premium service, Holiday Infinity Lights, and are building a dedicated team to bring dazzling, professional holiday light displays to our residential and commercial clients in the Montgomery County area.

Job Overview

Join our team as a Seasonal Holiday Lights Installer and bring holiday magic to the community! We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

No prior experience is required—we offer comprehensive, paid training that will teach you the professional techniques for light installation, electrical safety, and working safely on ladders and rooftops. This is a perfect opportunity for motivated individuals looking for a solid seasonal income.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $19 per hour, increasing to $24 after paid training/probationary period with performance bonuses.
• Duration: Seasonal contract, running from the end of October through End of January
• Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week Full-time hours, Monday - Friday, with occasional mandatory overtime/weekend shifts during peak installation weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to professionally install custom, high-end holiday lighting displays (including the premium Infinity Lights product) on client homes and businesses.
• Safely and efficiently use ladders (up to [Height, e.g., 40 feet]) and aerial lifts to access rooflines, peaks, and high-reaching landscaping.
• Measure, cut, and connect electrical wiring and lighting strands with precision and attention to detail.
• Secure lights and decorations to various exterior surfaces using non-damaging clips and anchors.
• Follow strict safety protocols and company installation standards at all times.
• Conduct minor troubleshooting and repair work on existing displays as needed during the season.
• Assist with the safe and organized removal and packaging of lights in January.
• Represent ProLift Garage Doors and Infinity Holiday Lights with professionalism and excellent customer service.

• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and rooftops. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying equipment up to [Weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and enduring cold or inclement weather.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical during our busy season.
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instruction on safety and installation techniques.
