Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interviews, recruits, screens and selects bell ringing staff and volunteers to ensure site coverage.
• Plans, schedules and assigns work; instructs in methods and procedures; checks and approves work for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintains contact with staff and volunteers, answers questions and recognizes workers by mail, in person or by phone.
• Prepares and maintains records and databases for kettle income; reports on kettle status and hours worked.
• Plans, coordinates and prepares special events; prepares plaques and certificates of recognition.
