Job summary

The Salvation Army in Wisconsin seeks a Kettle Coordinator to run our Red Kettle Campaign on a daily basis. You will recruit volunteer bell ringers, coordinate dates and locations, contact businesses for sponsorships, organize kettle pickups, oversee drivers, and ensure funds are sorted and transferred per guidelines.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license and experience in customer service or sales.

• Valid driver's license with approval to drive from TSA's insurance carrier required.
• Experience in customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteer bell ringers and groups; establish dates, times and locations.
• Contact volunteers by phone or email to schedule ringing times.
• Call local businesses to sign them up for kettle sponsorship.
• Organize kettle pickups and write bucket slips.
• Overseeing kettle drivers.
• Responsible for sorting kettle money with volunteers per applicable guidelines.
• Promote bell ringing opportunities in the community.
• Make copies of checks dropped in kettles and get them to Field Rep.
