Job summary

Wright Outdoor Solutions is seeking a reliable Crew Member - Installation Laborer to install exterior lighting on residential and commercial properties. You will work on ladders or with aerial lifts, handle décor, and support scheduling and safety requirements.

Ideal candidates are able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in varied weather, and communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates. Seasonal hours peak in winter and holidays; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install interior and exterior holiday décor including wreaths, trees, garland, and light displays.
• Work in a fast-paced setting with time-sensitive tasks.
• Load and unload product from warehouse onto work vehicles.
• Communicate with supervisor to complete job orders.
• Monitor work orders and confirm details to ensure customer selections are processed correctly.
• Maintain vehicle in a clean and safe operational condition.
• Ensure customer site is clean and orderly when services are completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or related.
