GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days. The role focuses on sales, customer service, store maintenance, and executing GameStop’s Circle of Life in a fast-paced holiday environment.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally prior retail or guest service experience. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to help drive holiday results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support store shopping environment and contribute to all sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety.
