Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Augusta, GA, to support the store team during peak holiday periods. You will deliver guest-focused service, assist customers with gaming needs, and help maintain an inviting selling floor.

You will participate in stocking, merchandising, and executing store initiatives to drive sales while upholding safety and policy standards. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store operations and merchandising during peak seasonal days.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring items are presented on the floor.
• Contribute to achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder when needed.
