Job summary

Wunder Glow in Dade City, FL, seeks a Seasonal Food Prep and Server to join a festive holiday team. You will prepare, cook, and serve food from our food trucks at Christmas Village and Wishing Point, ensuring rapid, friendly service and adherence to food safety procedures.

Ideal candidates are 18+, comfortable with standing long shifts, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and tip sharing may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season.
• Florida food handler certificate or willingness to complete within 60 days of hire.
• Friendly, positive attitude and clear communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following recipes and safety procedures.
• Serve guests quickly, accurately, and with a friendly attitude.
• Keep food at safe temperatures and label, date, and rotate stock.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment, and utensils throughout your shift.
• Restock food, supplies, condiments, and packaging before and during service.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and ingredients, and refer allergy questions to a manager.
• Follow directions from managers and help teammates during busy periods.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning the food truck and putting away food and supplies.
