Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Criminal background check if working near children, with Protect the Mission policies and procedures.
• Be neatly groomed.
• Be friendly, respectful, honest, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Show up to work at the assigned location on time.
• Stand and ring the bell at kettle stand.
• Wear proper identification (ID badge, logo attire).
• Record worked hours on the time slip daily, including lunch breaks.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Say “Merry Christmas” and “Thank you” to donors.
• Communicate with the Kettle Coordinator about absences or availability changes.
• Do not eat, drink, use phone, or be under any controlled substance while working.
• Keep work area clean.
• Perform other assignments as directed.
