Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support staging, loading and shipping of prepared mailings in a fast-paced distribution center. You will ensure timely operations, accuracy and compliance with USPS requirements while maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, preparing shipments, entering receiving data into the system, and supporting hoist operations as needed; prior experience with warehouse software and forklift is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience required.
• Powered Industrial Truck Certification required.
• Knowledge of USPS shipping requirements and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Staging, loading and shipping mailings efficiently to meet USPS requirements.
• Unload incoming material safely and operate powered equipment.
• Post raw materials in/out of the warehouse in the tracking system.
• Fulfill duties of a Hoist Operator 1 as needed.
