Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Operator to stage, load and ship prepared mailings, ensuring quality and USPS compliance. You will unload incoming materials, operate powered industrial equipment safely, and post material movements in the tracking system.

The role includes responsibilities for DOT and delivery documentation and routine coordination with the shipping team. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and may hold an Associate’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; ensure proper shipment and compliance with USPS requirements.
• Post materials in/out of warehouse using the tracking system.
• Maintain orderly warehouse and ensure safety and accuracy of deliveries.
