• Submit accurate electronic service reports and documentation on time.

• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Job description

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Hoist Repair Mechanic in the Boise area, either experienced or entry level. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a long-term career with a company that provides comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing technical education.

The successful candidate will assist with inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of hoist systems. Individuals with mechanical or electrical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay

$18-25/hr. DOE. But WITH HOIST EXPERIENCE $35+/hr.

Schedule

Week Day shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist with hoist inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Support new equipment installations and system upgrades.
• Operate equipment & power tools including forklifts, torque wrenches, volt meters etc.
• Complete accurate electronic service reports and required documentation on time.
• Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Attend company-sponsored safety and technical training programs.
• Maintain a clean driving record and responsible operate company vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Previous hoist experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn technical and industrial maintenance skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to customer locations throughout the service territory once hired

• Stand and walk for extended periods most of the workday.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently squat, bend, twist, reach, and climb.

Pay Details

$18.00 to $35.00 per hour
