Job summary

Techstra Solutions in Pittsburgh is seeking a senior Hogan IDS production support lead to investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and advise development teams. This role focuses on banking deposit applications and is not hands-on development.

You will serve as a trusted subject matter expert, restore services rapidly, document resolutions, and share knowledge with junior staff while operating in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, certifications, or experience.
• Strong Hogan IDS experience in production support.
• Ability to support critical banking systems and operate in a mission-critical environment.
• Deep Hogan system expertise and deposits domain knowledge.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose unknown issues quickly and understand system behavior across applications.
• Determine what failed and why, restore service rapidly, and document resolutions.
• Advise Change-the-Bank development teams and share knowledge with juniors.
• Provide guidance during major incidents and lead RCA efforts.
• Explain Hogan behaviors and contribute to preventive improvements.

Role Overview

This is a senior Hogan IDS support and problem management role supporting deposit applications.We'relooking for someone who can investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, advise development teams, and serve as a trusted subject matterexpert. This is not a hands-on application development role and not a Java-focused position. That positioning should help significantly reduce the volume of unqualified Hogan keyword-stuffed resumes Erin has been seeing.
