Role Overview

This is a senior Hogan IDS support and problem management role supporting deposit applications.We'relooking for someone who can investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, advise development teams, and serve as a trusted subject matterexpert. This is not a hands-on application development role and not a Java-focused position. That positioning should help significantly reduce the volume of unqualified Hogan keyword-stuffed resumes Erin has been seeing.
